Getting the most from your magnesium

Same time each day works best. Minerals build their effect through routine, not occasional doses.

Magnesium works alongside your fluid and electrolyte balance, so keep water nearby through the day.

It works gradually
Most people notice changes over two to four weeks, not overnight. Give it time to do its job.
